what all will i need to lower my car?
ok i have been looking in to lowering my car but what all do i need to do so? springs,cc plates..ect i was told that i need about 3-6,000$ to lower it the right way

that is alot more than you need
if you wnat to drop it alot you will need a cc kit and the springs along with an alignment
wich will not even come close to a 1000 dollars

all you "need" is springs, but there are abunch of other recommendedthings that will improve handling and help with alignmentthat you could add.I Know a guy that is running a complete UPRsuspension setup on his turboed fox and he loves it, havent checked price though.

$6,000 would buy you a hell of a nice suspension set up. But all that is really needed is springs, shocks, struts, caster/camber plates if lowered 2" or more, and an alignment. Installing a bumpsteer kit and X2 ball joints are something that I'm going to install as well.

holy crap! I have a full drag suspension set up with coilovers on all 4 corners and I didn't even pay that much.
Go cheap make fat friends and have them ride around with you.
