Feel the passenger floor area below the dash and see if it's damp, thats your heater core area.

It is possible that your radiator has a leak after pressure builds, then blows away (no evidence) while your driving, when you shut down the car, the pressure drops and leak goes away. Bar Stop Leak is a good quality product I've used to fill small radiator leaks in the past, you buy the tube at the parts store, pour it in and drive for 15 minutes.. very good product and had excellent luck. Cheaper than the soldering by a shop.

Lastly, start the car and get it warm, then have someone put their hand near the exhaust and feel for moisture on your hand, then determine if its a greasy feel, and smell it, if it smells like antifreeze, your getting a head leak.

It could be a cracked intake manifold too. I had the same problem and over time the leak got worse to where once a week I was filling up the coolant. One good thing though, if it is the intake manifold you can just do PI swap now cause you've got a good excuse to do it
