Default this may sound a little odd

but i read somewhere on here that if u hold down the off button on ur cruise control it shuts off the speed limiter, could anyone tell me if thats true

i would think not. lol. but im not possitive. i think the only way is with a tuner or chip.

sounds like a bunch of crap.

theres a kid at the track i go to that is convinced the only way to really turn traction control off is to do a sequenced events of button pressing. that or he thinks i'm an idiot.

he says:
you have to turn the running lights on
then your fog lights
then your rear window defroster
then hold the traction control button for 5 seconds


but all you have to do is push the button

Yeah, this isn't contra LOL. I've heard of such a sequence but it wasn't for traction control, I forget what it was.

dammit that sucks i wish it would work cuz i think my car is governed at 115 which isnt right, i might have had overdrive off only allowing it to use 3 gears but otherwise im pretty bummed

That's how you use the ejector seat. Henry built that option on all his sports cars to get rid of the chicks once their, uhh, "job" is done.
