Default RE: Burning out

I have never done a line lock. But with a manual, you dump the clutch at like 3000 rpm or more. and once the tires get spining. press the brake down with your left foot and floor the gas padel with your right foot, and let up on the brake a little if you want to start moving while you burn out. Also you dont need to bounce it off the rev limiter, just keep it at like 4500rpm. once the tires get spining they will keep going.

I just dump the clutch and do a burn out that way, I dont hold the brake. I dont want to abuse my car more than that, by doing a line lock. But if you want mounds of smoke thats the only way to go, with a semi stock mustang that is.
