I have a 2001 Mustang Gt With an Auto and was wondering if you all could tell me what i should be running in the quarter. it has the following:

Magnapacks cat back, Magnaflow x-pipe with cats, C&L True flow intake with a 90mm mass air meter,70mm throtlle body and bored out plenum, Nitto 315/35/R17 Drag Radials, and a diablo predator with the stock tune. What should i be running in the quarter and what else should i do to achieve a 12's. any help would be very helpful.

I'm Guessing high 13's.... 13.6-13.8's anyone think I'm close.... Get some 4.10's and some NOS to crack the 12's.

High 13s. I had an '04 GT auto with similar mods, no slicks but gears, and I ran 13.8 with 2.1 60 fts. Get yourself some gears and you will be mid to low 13s on slicks. I had 3.91s in mine.

Going into the 12's isn't a quick answer, just keep modding and you will get there.

I Dont want to go with NOS and i was really thinking about the 4.10 gears. what without going with a supercharger or NOS can i do to get it in the 12's. do you think having it dyno tuned with the Predator will bring down the time any. i have a little money to spend but would like to get a NA car as fast as i can then go with a turbo or supercharger. thanks

Ported heads, cams, and gears will get you in the 12s all motor.

Now on the Heads should i get the patriot heads or should i just get mine on my car ported. if i get mine ported is their anyone who knows a good place in the Kansas City area to take them to.

I thought they ran a 14.1 stock......so with exhaust alone shouldn't you be able to get a 13.9x or atleast a 14.0?

you should run a high 13's....i ran 13.8 with my mods...get gears next

I would def. get a trans cooler and a shift kit for your car! Also if you want to you can get a stall convertor, all of this will help you run constiantly, and make it a lot more fun to drive on the street!!! You can also get undrive pullys, gears, and I would have it dyno tuned with your predator also. After these mods take it back to the track and see what it runs, and go form there as to what to get next. Most likely you will need to get cams and head work done.

I will be installing my shift kit, trans cooler, and pr0-chamber in the next week or so, then am going to have the car dyno tuned I will post my #'s whnd I get them.
