Default MAF to get or not to get??

I am wondering if I would benfit from getting a 80/85mm MAF with the mods that are listed in my sig, and have the Pro-chamber on order. If I will benfit from it which one should I get the 80mm or the 85mm. Any thoughts and opioons on this would be great.

With an aftermarket plenum I think you'd definately benefit from it.

If it was 100 bucks I'd do it, but what code3GT is saying is that you could spend the money elsewhere. Him and I had this same debate awhile back in another post...

If you are eventually going to add a power-adder, like a blower, then go ahead and upgrade your MAS now to an 85. If you know for sure that you won't be adding a power adder, I would hold off.

I have a 85 MM C&L set up on my car, I like it, although I havent seen any #'s on it. Other parts to go with: LT Headers, fuel pump, injectors, a tire, gears, suspension....the options are endless. It all depends on how fast you wanna go and how much money you want to spend.

Okay, here's some food for thought. Here are the specs of my new motor that is being built:

5cc Diamond pistons (10.5:1 compression)
Manley forged H beam rods
Forged VT crank
ARP main/head studs
Trimetal bearings
High volume oil pump/pickup tube with Billet oil pump gears
Fully balanced and blueprinted
Cams-.581/.581, 234/234, 114 lsa
Heads-Stage 2 porting/polishing (220/195@.500")
Fox Lake P51 intake manifold
BBK 75mm throttle body
Ford Racing 30# injectors
Moroso 7 quart oil pan
JLT True Cold Ait Kit
Mac long tube headers
VRS O/R X-pipe.

All of that and "STOCK" MAF.
