Default E-Brake adjustment?

i have a 99GT 5spd and the e-brake seems like it needs to be tightened or adjusted...if i pull it up hard it makes a loud click almost like thecable snappedbut it still works, its done this a few times.....any suggestions?

yea i mean if i were u, id sell the car, or rebuild the rear brakes, ur car needs a bj...brake job that is, im sure u laready gave it a bj..lol but uhh yea stop rippin the e brake..iu wont need the ebrake for a while sonny
