I have a strange starting issue on my 98 GT 5 speed. I have recently changed out the spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil and filter change. This issue has been present since i boguht the car, throughout the tune-up process. If i get in, and just try to start it as normal, it will not start, just crank. If i stop, then try again, it starts right up. When it is cold, or sitting overnight, it takes longer and sometimes sputters and dies.

I have tried turning the key to ignition on position(but not starting it) and reapeating this 3-4 times before actually cranking it over. When i do this, starts every single time as it should.

Does this sound like a fuel pump issue? That is what i am thinking....would like to know your opinions/advise please. Thanks.
