Will slp loudmouth catbacks pass emissions/inspection in NJ with stock h pipe on a 97 Cobra?
I know they wont pass with an o/r h pipe but i dont want to install them if they wont pass. I might as well just wait. Anyone?

Yes, there is nothing wrong with a catback. Totally emissions legal.

in most states (i know in PA) it's a visual inspection......they look to see if the cats are there.

Landisville, near Lancaster. About 20 mins from york. Do you know where that is? Im not sure where Wilkes Barre is.

i know where York is. wilkes barre and scranton might as well be the same city they're so close. about 20 mins north of 80 on 81.
