As stated previously...the ends of the spoiler line up with the wheel wells, and the front edge of the spoiler sits back from the edge of the bumper a little bit. If you go look at a factory '03/'04 Mach 1, it will be that way.

Mine was installed by ford from the dealer and thats how it sits too.

When I first got the front spoiler, I put it on my GT myself. Got everything perfectly lined up, clamped it all in place, drilled the holes then inserted the screws.

Since the initial purchase, the car has seen 3 more front bumpers...LOL (well, one wasn't my fault). Each time I had to tell the body shop how it should align...the first shop being a Ford dealership! And they still got it slightly wrong. The other shop I took it to the last two times got it right.

ok so its suppose to sit a little behind the fron tbumper! wiw mine is really off cant wait to do it when i take my car out!

I lined mine up flush with the front of the bumper. its really personal prefrence. IMO if its lined up flush it gives it a smoother line with the rest of the bumper
