I would jsut up-grade the wohle system both front and back!!! http://www.stangsuspension.com/store...?idproduct=446 Here is a link to the brake system I am going to upgrade to in about a month or so!! I have looked into this a bit and this is the best system for the money! But if money is not a object I would use Bare brakes and up-grade to one of their systems. Hope this helps.

Do you have any bigger pics of your car? would love to see if you do!!!

How much bigger are the rims? If you go from 17" to 18", the stock GT brakes should be fine. Bigger brakes ARE always better though.

Tell us more about the car. Obviously you have a hood but I don't recognize the front splitter.

Bigger rims don't necessarily mean you need to upgrade your brakes. It's when you get pretty far modding your car and you have some serious acceleration and speeds happening. That's when you need to think about safely stopping your car better.

the front bumper is Stalker. Didn't really like the rest of the kit so i didn't get it. Cobra RR hood, Mach 1 grill delete. the antenna's been cut down since this photo. the interior trim has been painted and the side mirrors. Speakers and headunit are aftermarket. DEI LED alarm with remote paging. The rims aren't on yet. I had to special order tires. They are 20" Cobra Y2K. I know, I know.... i'm going to lose performance, but I got 40% off which made them less than the 18" rims.
And I know that i'm gonna have to get bigger brakes.

K&N Filter
40 Series Flowmasters
Tri-ax shifter
and so much potential
