Well I was cruising on the off ramp around 55 in 4th ready to get back onto the freeway, i was going for about 15 seconds and all of a sudden I heard a large pop/boom, kind of like a dog ran into the side panel of my car at 60 mph.

Now everytime I don't have my foot on gas especially in low speeds in 1st and 2nd it makes loud clacking, grinding, clicking noises non stop, it doesn't do anything when im accelerating or cruising though.

Sounds like you cracked or chiped a gear in there somewhere. Sorry to hear that. I wouldn't trust it.

sounds like maybe a synchronizer is messed up???
