I just wanted to verify wether you need a special socket to get the plugs in and out. My stepfather says you do. Hes a mechanic and works on these motors all the time. The motors are in truck, wasnt sure if there different than in a mustang.

Also if there is another way could you just inform with thank you. I will be doing the tune up tomorrow.

No special socket neede. Ford started using new size plugs in '04 and '05 in the Stangs.
