Tranny break-in period and steeda tri-ax
My cars going to ford on monday to have my 3650 rebuilt as per the tsb about the synchros. The tsb mentions that there is a 500 mile period in which the new parts will break in and become smoother. I just ordered my steeda tri-ax and should have it the day i get my car back from the shop. Should i play it safe and wait 500 miles before installing the short throw or does it not matter?
