find a performance shop around your area, and go have them do it when you are all done

just make sure the shop you find has a "dyno". in order for your car to be/get properly tuned, you will need to put it on a dyno. once you find a shop that has a dyno...more than likely they will be able to do the tuning for you. of course you may want to ask them, just to make sure. also....more than likely you will need to buy a handheld tuner/programmer, that the shop/tuner will also use, to help tune the car. you can not accurately tune the car yourself with just a hand helt tuner. the dyno is imperative.

you can buy a tuner (lets say from brenspeed.com for example), and they will program the tuner specific for your mods, then send you the tuner. next you load the tune onto your car. now that you can do on your own. but if you are wanting the best tune for your car possible, then you need a dyno. they put the car on the dyno....make a few pulls....check out they chart/graph that is generated from the pull. looking at the graph tells the tuner/mechanic guy what he needs to work on. ie: air/fuel ratio, etc. he then makes some adjustments... back to the dyno....make a pull....check the chart....make proper adjustments, so on and so fourth untill the best tune possible is achieved. without the dyno, you have no clue on what needs adjusted, and how much it needs adjusted. with the mods you are doing...im pretty sure you are going to HAVE TO find a dyno and a tuner, otherwise your car wont run right.

if im wrong anywhere, please feel free to chime in (other MF members), im not a mechanic by any means. infact every mod i have, i had a shop install for me. i dont even own a screwdriver.

dont buy a used one. there is a chance you could get screwed. they can only be tuned/used on one car, and unless the person who is selling the tuner re-turned their cars tune to the stock tune, then it wont work. even if they did put the stock tune back on their car, then the tunes that are on the programmer are made for his car and not yours. when you order the tuner new, they ask you what all mods you have, so they can program the tuner properly.
