Hi,

I'm having a major problem shifting into all gears. Basicly, I need to find the gates and jiggle/jam the shifter into each of the gears... Other than that, once I get into the gears, the car runs fine. No unusual noises, rattles, etc...

I'm thinking this is a clutch issue since the car runs fine once in the gears...

What do you guys think? Stock 97 Cobra

get your tranny rebuilt or buy a rebuilt one and you exchage yourold one

Well first make sure the pedal is adjusted. Try pulling the pedal towards the driver seat and see if it clicks. The first culprit after that would be clutch.. Make sure thats good before you go diving into the trans. Worst case is the synchros are shot in the tranny...which probably is the case... If so, save up for a T56 and a nice clutch..
