Default Idle issue

I have a 2000 Mustang GT. I have full bolt ons and just did cams this weekend. I have a canned tune from Brenspeed with all of my mods includings cams. They are comp cams with 500 lift, 268 intake and 274 exhaust duration. Heres my problem. When I'm coming to a stop, when I press in the clutch, the car will idle up to like 2200 rpms. Once I stop, after like 5 secondsthe car will start to lope like it should, between 950-1100 rpms. What would cause this? Do I need to get an actual dyno tune as opposed to the canned one? Thanks for the help!
