Default RE: power/dash shut off while driving?

I have subs in my car along with an in-dash monitor. My charge is between 12.7 and 13.5 - which is considered NORMAL for the levels on such a sports car. The alternator is built to hand such a load, seeing as it is more powerful than a stock ricer's alternator. So if your voltage is above 13 or close to it, even if you have stock systems in it, I would think the alternator is fine. Perhaps the battery isn't holding the charge. Get your battery tested at a sears/midas/firestone for free. they can tell you if it is time for a new battery.
