With a kennybell supercharger you are probuably going to have to go with a direct port shot.

I would use a direct port. That way you know nothing will happen to the KB.

so ive heard that its OK to spray anything into the blower from other people that the rotors are coated, and it wont do any damage to them....now what is a good basic kit that i can use without going crazy...ik i obivously need all the saftey precautions, bottle warmer, window switch, and so forth.

uhh quick question...is your motor forged? you wont last through one 150 shot if you arent forged.

get a bottle warmer
WOT switch
FPSS (fuel pressure safety switch)
window switch

and you pretty much just need the kit after that. zex isnt bad...but i like NX alot better because they dont use the 'all in one' box, and they rate their shots at the wheels.

If u read his sig it says that his KB is at 14 psi right now so i am betting that he is forged already

yep shes forged already, good to handle LOTs of boost and go juice , and your right a 150 shot will go boom on a stock shortblock..

now i guess the question really is

wet or dry

plate or direct port

both nx or course ive heard bad things about zex

what "bad" have you heard about ZEX? I would like to know. It's like most other kits. it has a bottle, nozzle, switch, solenoids, all that stuff.. it just houses all the parts in that nice little box which is great for a beginner installing it. other than that, the only difference is that everyone says ZEX rates at the fly and not the wheels. Those things make it DIFFERENT, not BAD. So I wanna know what kind of smoke people are blowing up your *** about ZEX being bad.

i didnt mean to insult u as it seems i did...as far as "bad" i shouldnt say bad i should say more people have reccomended a kit such as nx over zex...the number one reason is the controller box, if one thing goes bad it is much more costly to replace the entire box then say a single part....however thats why im here, mabey the zex might be a better choice and i just wanted to know what other members were running and if they were happy with it or would have gone a different route...myself i am all for having a neat and tidy install, hell i HATE seeing wires, so the less mess the better in my eyes, i just dont like the idea if 1 thing goes bad so does everything else, although it might not even be all that costly, or have a lower failure rate then i thought.
