You don't lose mileage b/c the car takes up less stress to get to a desired speed, if that makes any sense? You lose mileage when you overdo and mash the gas. If you drive in the city alot gears will be fine, highway you probably should go with 3.73s.
I hear that Nittos are good, but I don't have any experience, just what I've heard.
