conv. wiring repair?

Default conv. wiring repair?

hey guys. im a newbie and just bought a 97 GT conv. and i have been fixing it up but the only thing that i dont know how to do it find out whats wrong the the top motor. so i was wondering if you guys knew any common problems with them that i could check. also, how do you get the speaker covers off. cause i dont want to break them. thanks

I have a 96gt vert with luckily a new top and motor, so I've no idea about them. The speakers' covers in the back seat, however, you can pry up with a flat-head screw driver. Slowly, though, or you could crack them. Good luck!
