What gears do i have?

RE: What gears do i have?
I'm a bit rusty on this, but I am pretty sure this is how it goes:
Turn your tire so the valve stem is pointing up. Put a white chalk mark on a spot on the driveshaft. Rotate the tire and count how many times the driveshaft goes around for the valve stem to get back to the 12 o'clock position. That is what gears you have (example: if it goes around about 3 1/4 times, then you probably have 3.23's)

Jack the car up, put it in neutral, spin the rear tires on complete rotation and coult the revolutions of the drive shaft. That will tell you what gears you have.
