MIL Elimantors...
I bought my new car, not inspected which was my first rookie mistake of jumping on a new car. He has long tube headers, shorty x, and loudmouth 2s. hes got the mil elimantors on it, as you can see clearly under my car. However when it failed inspection it said the 02 sensor, bank 1, sensor 2 was bad. Nowhe said the MIL's are fine but maybe thats because the CEL light wasnt on orginally then it came on later after the MILs were on.
Is it a good chance the MILs are bad? I have an app. this thursday to get my 02 sensor fixed but idk how much it will run me. He also has print outs showing the code coming up is also the same 02 sensor.....
So should i swap MILs withsomeone n see if it goes off if i can find some or buy some or see how much it will exactly cost to fix my 02 sensor...

RE: MIL Elimantors...
I wonder if he ever unhooked his negative cable when he put those MILs on? I had to do that to get my CEL to turn off when I installed mine. No CEL, and it passes inspection.
If that doesn't work, you may have a bad MIL, but I would unhook the negative cable first. Won't cost you anything.
