Good price for Cobra SC?

Is $500 a good price to pay for an 04 Stock Cobra Superchanger w/intake manifold, and fuel injectors. See pic below. The seller says it has about 50 to 60k miles on it, but in mint condition.
Please help before I buy.

No, its not a good price it wont fit your car.

I have the complete 4v Heads and Cams. I understand this is going to take a while, I basicly want a Cobra engine in a GT.
