2v coolant mod

RE: 2v coolant mod
i did mine the way it is supposed to be done. Tapped the rear driverside of the intake and T'ed into the heater hose going into the passengerside of the intake. That does 2 things that promote cooling. Gets the coolant all the way to the top of cyl #8 and gets the coolant that has been cooled by the heater system back into the cooling system instead of just running circles around it.
Right now my car runs at 170* at all times with a 180* Tstat. I will have to drop a stock Tstat back in inorder to get it back up around 185* so I can better tune the car.
The cooling mod is to protect the #8 cylinder from detonating which it does even with a handheld tuner tune. Its mild detonation but not good in the long run.
