Hi-Flow Cats?

Hi-Flow Cats?
I like my exhaust, but want it louder and deeper. The cheapest way of doing this is havinghi-flow cats put in. But I need a few questions answered first.
1. Will I pass an emissionstestwith them? (I think the sniffer test and not visual, I'm in NY so if anyone knowswhat test they use tell me)
2. Any hp gains from them?
3. Any cab drone w/hi-flows? (I have no drone now)
3.Do shorty headers change exhaust volume or pitch at all?
I am really not looking intolt's b/c how hard they would be to install, shorties area lot easier I hear and cheaper. I just want a nice, deep, loud exhaust and don't care really about hp b/c mach's are 12sec cars with tires and that's fast enough for me on the street. Thanks ahead for any help.

RE: Hi-Flow Cats?
1.) Hi flow catted H or X pipe will pass emissions test catless know as Off-Road
2.) Going from 4 to 2 catts will free up a decent amount of hp 10-15 rwhp depending on how car is already modded.
3.) For drone it really depends on brand and heard good things about MACbeing deep sounding and inexpensive.
