Default MODS: Input, Advice, and Comments please

Ok guys. I just bought and paid for my wife's new car. She's now very happy and has given me the green light on finishing my car. Below is a list of current mods, and some that are coming soon(ish). I would welcome any input or advice anyone can offer on wether these are good or bad ideas and what I should reconsider.

Current Mods on a 170k mile '96 non-PI motor)
Eibach springs
Welded subframe connectors
4.10s
No Cats
Flomaster 2 chambers
O/R H

JuneMods:
Accufab 75mm TB & Plenum
JLT Cold Air Intake
Xcal3 Tuner
Spec Clutch
Steeda Tri-ax

JanuaryMods:
Brand New Factory PI Motor
Typhoon Intake
Comp Extreme Energy Cams
50-75 Shot Spray
Shorty Headers

Before I get blasted for either.... I'm fully aware of the risks of spraying a motor w/o it having a forged bottem end. But, I would be suprised if I sprayed it more than twice in an entire year. And, in all likelyhood, it will only be a 50 shot. Also, I've read plenty on the great debate over Shorty vs. LT. I do all of my own work and have no desire to remove LTs when it comes clutch replacement time again.

One key factor in this is that the described upcoming mods fit perfectly within the funds I'm going to have available. My original plan was to go with a forged longblock. But the added costs for that would negate many of these mods.

Also, I would like to know the actual(not advertised) HP rating on the '99-04 Motors. And what kind of HP I might be seeing with these mods on a PI motor if anyone has close to the same setup. Again, please feel free to steer me in the right direction. I guess another key note to mention is that I don't race this car. It is my DD, and just a toy. I haven't actually raced any of my cars since my days working at Super Shops over 20 years ago. So, the stock PI motor isnt going to see a lot of abuse.

I would just save up all that money and get the 99-04 motor you were getting later. My reasoning would be that all those mods would go to waste due to them not being able to switch over to the new motor, not to mention the high mileage. If you do still want to do mods i would do suspenion only until the new motor since you'd be rebuying all those mods which would come close to a new 99-04 engine. The gears and suspenion are good and such....I'm not sure if the tranny would go with a 99-04 engine i duno to much.

Sorry to be a downer but if u did want to mod that engine i would do the PI swap first which gives yo what 40ish crank hp? Most 99-04 Gt's dyno around 235-245 stock at the wheels.
