get VT stage II's. with bolt ons, you can see 280-290 rwhp with a good tune. stock heads.
I don't think I would go with the stage 2s if I had it to do over again, I would go with stage 1s. The only advantage I gained was replacing my valvesprings (I wouldn;t have done it with the stage 1s) but it cost quite a bit more, and unless I get a rotating assembly so I can rev to 6800 RPM I don't see much power gain over the stage 1s (cause the vavle springs kill what little they gave me down low).
yea, it's not really cost effective unless you are pulling the heads anyways. since i was having my heads built already, all i paid for was the price of cams and springs. they didn't charge me labor exclusively for them. everything, including porting, was all wrapped up into one price. no hidden charges either. i was very happy.

what power wouuld i be pulling though
would long tube headers make a huge differnce that the only piece missing in my exhaust
i want a good gain but i can't afford a supercharger and i don't like nitrous
