JBA HEADERS
Okay so i need help did the exhuast kinda backwards got the magnaflow 2.5 with x pipe and the magnapack cats. and didnt do headers i know stupid but hey everyone makes mistakes.....From my research it looks like the JBA longtube ceramic coated are my best bet.......however its once again the cost of things.....so this is my dileama so to speak. Now Im pretty proficient around the engine but no idea on headers??? so my question is the local mustang shop who is pretty cool wants 1047.53 cents for parts and install is this worth it or can i do this myself.......i dont think i can because i do know you need to lift the engine and well i dont have a lift......help if you can or advice would be nice

RE: JBA HEADERS
Be prepared to raise the engine, and or drop the K-member for an LT install. If that sounds like something you want to tackle, then go ahead. Lots of people do this swap in a garage on stands, but I highly recommend using a lift. You also gotta figure out how much your time and sanity is worth to you, since most people who try to tackle this install end up spending a week or so with the car on stands.

RE: JBA HEADERS
JBA is proud of their headers. Their shorties for mine are priced around $730. I decided to go a cheaper route. As long as the pipe sizes are the same, there shouldnt be much difference. Also the coating. And +1 with what tbird said, lt install can be a pain
