Someone enlighten me. What all do we have during these years and what makes them different?

I know for the fourth generation there is:

Mustang V6
Mustang Convertible
Mustang GT
Mustang Mach 1
Mustang Cobra

Wat else is there? What is different about the Mach 1? Cobra? Is there any other package I am missing?

There was also the Bullitt. I think it was an '01.

Basically.......

all the GTs and the Bullitt had 2 cam, 2 valve/cyl 4.6L engines

The 99-02 Cobras and both years of Mach 1 ('03 & '04) had 4 cam, 4 valve/cyl 4.6L engines

The '03 & '04 Cobras had a supercharged 4 cam, 4 valve/cyl 4.6L engine and a six speed trans.

the bullit was 00 and 01 i think? I thought the bullit was a DOHC, 4 vavle motor.

Noob, the Bullitt was first sold in 2001 and it has SOHC. It produces 270hp compared to the 260hp for the GT. Check out this link for more details http://www.stangnet.com/bullitt/indexpage1.htm

By the way they did not make an 02 Cobra, you noob. j/k! And yes the Bullitt was a SOHC. It had the upgraded intake, designed after the SVO intake. Also, an upgraded exhaust system. It had the larger TB like the Cobra, along with sub frame connectors and a lowering kit to handle better. Not to mention all the appearance upgrades, like the billet shifter and fuel door, and the retro instrument cluster.
