I have the puller, installer, but idk what size sockets i need, or wrenches. As well as what size i need to relieve tension on the belt to remove it.

And what is the crank bolt supposed to be torqued down to?

I'm pretty sure you can use just a breaker bar by it self on the belt tensioner. Only question I can answer though..

If you really wanna know specs...

You ready for this.... This is straight from Ford..

Install the washer and the bolt. Tighten the bolt in four stages.[*]Stage 1: Tighten the bolt to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).[/ul][*]Stage 2: Loosen the bolt one full turn.[/ul][*]Stage 3: Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).[/ul][*]Stage 4: Tighten the bolt an additional 90 degrees[/ul]

there are 2 8mm bolts holding the fan on..3 10mm bolts holding the coolant resivior on remove them to get easy acess a the bolts then use the half inch breaker bar to take the tensioner and get the belt off. then u need a 18mm socket for the crankshaft pulley bolt

then use the puller installer..

here is the damn torque spec





Pulley-to-Crankshaft Bolt
Stage 1
66 ft.lb


Stage 2
Loosen One Full Turn


Stage 3
37 ft.lb


Stage 4
Additional 90 Degrees

I actually did not get mine that full 90 degrees on teh last step. Hopefully my crank doesnt come flying off and spewing oil forth!...lol

I dont have a torque wrench, nor do i have an impact wrench, so i guess im ****ed. As well as stuck takin the car to a shop to see if they can get the vibration to stop.

Ill take the car in, have the tires mounted, pulley removed, checked out, and put on again, and the car inspected. There goes a hundred bucks. [:@]

Dude, you can wing it with a breaker bar... You just have to have a touch for "tight" and some common sense. I work on cars 24.7 (Ford tech) there are tons of **** that require torque specs but only certain things we actually torque. Its a feel.
