Looking at about 250-300 with alignment. However, if you're going lower than 1.5", I highly recommend CC plates. JMHO

the install is simple, if you are mechanically inclined just tackle it yourself.

+1, get a bud to help! It's not that hard to do, even I was able to get it done in a few hours with a bud's help

Do it yourself man. Seriously I was afraid of the springs flying out and killing me but I went on www.americanmuscle.com and looked at their "H&R Super Sport Spring Installation" guide and I laughed. What will take you the longest time is getting all the tools you need to do the job. If you have no idea what you're doing, read the guide on there and the front springs shouldn't take you more than 90 minutes each. I had no idea what to expect when I went in to this job on my car just 2 days ago. The left front took me 90 minutes. The right front then took me 25 after I realized what had to be done. The back ones are a joke. You have to take out THREE bolts on each side, that's it. Again, didn't know what I was doing but even the back ones only took me about 75 minutes all together because I couldn't get the lower control arm bolt out of the right side and I had to redo the right side after I did both because it was sitting 1/4" higher.

EDIT: Bringing the tools out and putting them away does not count as installation time.
