Default RE: do i need wheel spacers?

cruizin concepts said they would fit, but just fitting and looking good are 2 different things, everything is closed today and the guy is scheduled to bring them today, i need an answer within the next few hours. It doesn't make sense for them to fit and look good if the offset is different, but there maybe something that im missing that im hoping you guys would know. Like even though the offset is different, the new edge will look the same for some reason?
