Default Speedo Calibration and Installation

Yeah I am getting some new 200 mph speedometer guages. I was wondering how I get these tuned. And if the faces are hard to install?

Anyone done this before?

replies are greatly appreciated! THANKS!!

What year car do you have?? I know on mine when I unplug the gauges then plug them back in, they go through a full sweep from pin to pin, I assume they do this to recalibrate themself. All that I have done is installed a set of reverse glow gauges so I am not really sure what you would need to do to get i corrected for a 200mph reading.

I would just try it, and then go find one of thoes speed readers that the cops put around the city every now and again that tells you how fast you are going and see if it is correct, or get one of your friends to pace ya and see if it is correct. Other than doing that I am not sure how you could get it correct
