Default More Horsepower?

I have a 1999 4.6L Mustang GT, That is stock right now, I was wondering what I could do to get more horsepower. I was also thinking about ordering a K&N FIPK cold air intake, Is that a good decision?

Depending on how much money you have to spend on mods here is a good starting list in best order to get them IMO

1) full exhaust (cat back, mid-pipe, headers)
2) CAI (do a search on here for best one to get)
3) gears (again do search for what to get)
4) tb/plenumn (time for another search on this)
5) underdrive pullys
6) Tuner (and again time for the search button to work)

That sould get you a good start, after you have these mods, you will probley have been on here for a while and know what you want to get next. Good luck

I'd definately suggest a full exhaust setup. When I was deciding on mods I thought I would do a couple mods and be happy with my setup. However, after bolting on an o/r midpipe and catback I was hooked. Now that I look back on it I wish I would of put on some longtubes with my midpipe and flows, but I'll have to wait awhile before I have the money now to do it.

Its the same old story, "ill only do a couple mods" but they just keep on coming

Don't post a question like this without a dollar amount because otherwise, we'll start talking about different engines you could drop in.

k&N FPIC is a good one. Tunable inductions is just as good, maybe an insignificant little bit better.

I love my tunable induction. I could definately feel a difference, much smoother/quicker through the powerband. I found a practically brand new one on ebay, used for 500 miles, no scratches, for 110 shipped.
