Majority of your Evo owners will have trouble breaking into 13's stock. Get a good handle on driving your car and go from a slight roll and he's fair game!

yea...I want to eventually be a really good driver.
He said that he is going to get it to 500hp in six months...which im sure is very possible but...he doesnt even have his permit yet. Im sure he can afford it though. And i highly doubt he is going to be a good driver.
but lets assume he was a awesome driver and ditto for me....
i would need to be full bolt on right?

Well if he is going to make it a 500hp car then you WILL have to be full bolt-on's, cams/heads and S/C or turbos. That would be my guess.
