burnout
When I am doing a burnout by pushing the brake and the gas at the same time wouldnt that burn my back brake. Ive seen this one product that was made for dragsters that only lock the front brakes and let the back spin free. Is it worth it?

RE: burnout
yah, if you either go to the drag strip all the time, or if you do burnouts everyday. for me, its not worth it. I dont think it is "too bad" on your rear brakes. I would rather put the money towards somthing else. then again, I only do them every so often.

RE: burnout
waste of cash on your daily driver. I believe your rears brakes are responsible for only approximately 20% of your stopping power anyway. My rear pads had about 33K mile son them. I have done my fair share of burnouts, and it never adversely effected my braing performance, didn't seem to wear the pads or rotors. Besides, daily burnouts will cost ya, cause tires aren't cheap!
