Thats your ABS unit, and its easier to squeeze around that then try not to mess your radiator up. Afew bolts/electrical connector gets the fan and 2 bolts gets the radiator, half hour max.

I pulled my engine/trans with the radiator and hood still in place. It can be done, just go easy with it.

Guys:

I will be doing the same thing to do my PI Head and Intake swap and possible headers. Where is the best place to rent the equipment I need, i.e. cherry picker, engine stand.

Also what is involed in removing the engine. Is it hard to release to from the Tranny?

Thanks,

Jag

As far as the equipment it's just as good to buy it, usually can get a desent deal on it somewhere even if it's online. Seperating the tranny from engine is easy depending on how you choose to do it. If it's in the car, it's harder of course, out a lot easier.

cherry picker/lift is only $150 and you will never need a new one the engine stand is even cheaper.
