some nights when i pull into my driveway theres a ticking noise that seems to be coming from underneath my car. i got on the ground and it seems to be coming from my x-pipe. it doesn't do it every night usually when i take it out for like an hour or so. what could this be?

Sounds like you have a minor exhaust leak. The reason it is ticking after you drive for awhile is because the heat is causing the joints to expand. See if the bolts are loose, or maybe just off slightly. Hope this helps.

did you recently replace any part of your exhaust? if so then you ussually need to run it up get the system hot and tighten everything up again snce the heat can make your exhaust expand and contract

well i got my slp catback put in in november and i never tightened anything after driving it around and now that you mention it it doesn kinda sound like i have a leak and it seems noticable from a take off. but i can't tell if its just the loudmouths being raspy. i'll check it out and let ya guys no. thanks.
