If you were thinking that then you are wayyyyyyyyy off. I run 8.3's w/ 380rwhp. Now, I do suck at driving but that's w/ a 1.8 60 and a missing upper control arm bushing.
You may get 9.3.
Just being honest.

so iam gonna run about 20 psi and start around 3000 rpms and ride the clutch off the line. thats a great starting point. thanks fo the help
Drop the air pressure more than that. I like around 14-15ish and launch higher than that. Start off around 4000 and slip it some, then work your way up. A 3000 launch isn't going to do anything other than net you a nice 2.0x 60' which is pretty fail with drag radials. I like to launch around 5000 and slip it a bit.

For your first time out there if you even break into the 8s I would be content with that. I don't see that car capable of running anything better than a 8.6x(and that's with a good driver).

I go 8.9 with bad driver mod, 4.10's, o/r H and catback on a 2.0 60'

He COULD go better than 8.7's, but I doubt it being his first time out.

lol 9.3 is almost bone stock GT times.

after you get the hang of it you should be in the 8's. low 8's i dont think so.

and for 380hp only hitting 8.3 you must be on street tires or something irght?

cuz a boltongt with slicks and gearswill probably run an 8.3
