Do lowering springs really took like a week before you notice?

How'd you go about doing that, Pac? I'm budgeting for Eibach’s, but this might tide me over until then…

Mine dropped right away but they did settle a little bit over time. More towards the handling side though. They got a little softer and quieter. I didn't really notice any height difference.

I got almost exactly the 1 1/2" right away and it's still sitting the same, 2 years later.

You never want to cut your springs its soo bad for your suspension. Do it the right way and get lowering springs and shocks..

We went through this. It's not a big deal if you cut them with a wheel and don't heat them.

I have bad luck with these ad hock, home-grown, backyard-type projects (and with that bad luck I’d end up fuggin sumptin up). So I’ll just wait till I order my Eibach’s (but cannot decide on Pro-Kit or Sportline???).
