Cobra Fog Light Install - Help!

Alright, so I've bought the 03/04 Cobra Bumper for my '99 GT...and separate fog lights. I am struggling to figure out how to mount the fog lights to the bumper, anyone have any advice/how tos? Thanks!

What kind of fogs did you get?? Do they have brackets?

huh? How can you not tell? Just look at it and see if there is a bracket on it.

It seems like it has a bracket, but won't bolt up to anything. I think the problem is that I don't have the bezels. Anyone know where to get 03/04 Cobra bezels and fog light supplies? I can't find them anywhere...
