Color?? Strange?
Does anyone know what color blue they made in the 00' gts? I dont know what kinda of paint it is, but depending how you look at my car, its either dark blue, green, or any shade in between. But only in certain lighting conditions. Otherwise its just plan blue. Is this normal factory paint?

Look at the tag on the inside of the driver side door jamb for "ext pt" and then go to this site http://web.tampabay.rr.com/theflock/...doorplate.html The VIN decoder doesnt work on that page, but just scroll down and you will see it.

I don't know brudda, but it doesn't sound like it. My dad used to have a 69 Mercury Cougar that had a color named black cherry on it, that looked black until you got up real close to it and the light was shining on it, then you could tell it was a dark crimson reddish color. I would say given how you describe it that's probably not factory paint broham. It sounds like a forest green pearl maybe, which definitely isn't a factory color. I'd have to see it though to really give an opinion..
