Yes theres holes for the o2 sensorsthe back ones you need MIL's(they work most times)or just buy a programmer and turn them off(even better). no you dont have to get a tune for an off road x pipe.

you will not need a tune after putting on an O/R pipe, your car will throw a CEL though. You will have to make you some MIL eliminators.

espcially dumped its going to be super loud. If you absolutly have to have something get some glasspacks welded in, at least its better than no muffler at all.

I'm pretty sure Billy Bob and Bubba are still running with no mufflers. If you want to hear it go to the nearest trailer park. Really if you just want to go cheap get a Camaro in not then save for a catback.
