What;s the stock timing for 96-98 cobra's?

What;s the stock timing for 96-98 cobra's?
I'm having troubles at the dyno shop as he is a GM guy, but the only one around with a nice set-up and he's very good for the most part. He's not familiar with the 96-98 cobra's. Anyways, timing is set at 21degrees at WOT. What should it be at roughly? I've got LT headers and straight exhaust. JLT RAI intake. Thanks guys
