Default what springs and shocks?

what are some good springs and shocks to go with. i was looking at steeda springs which lower it think 1.25 or so. is that enough to look good with 18's. also i don't want to scrape on EVERYTHING like my friend had a problem with in his 96 gt but i'm not sure how low he was also. and should i go with an adjustable type shock or no? i just want something that is quality.

I have the steeda progressive rate springs and they look good with my 18's with no scraping or rubbing. I still need to switch out my stock shocks with aftermarket.

H&R Supersports, Tokico S/S, Maximum Motorsports caster camber plates and think about a bumpsteer kit depending on the size tires on the front.

im with silvrstang...thats the exact setup i run and couldnt be happier. Eibach pro kit lowers it perfectly and the kyb agx 8 way adjustable shocks/struts are easy to adjust. ive been running this setup for about 2 years now and am still happy
