Instake Issue... PLEASE HELP

Instake Issue... PLEASE HELP
I bought a MAF -> CAI from a guy and he didnt send me the mounting piece that bolts up to the fender. I am unable to install the rest of the intake because it just flops around in the fender. Is there a place I can purchase this piece or anyone have one? I am in need of help haha!

OK well in my opinion you have 2 options:
1. Return the thing, and if not possible try to find a good piece of aluminum and cut the radius of the circle out and simply bolt it to your fender well.
2. Sell it on ebay, and buy a NEW one. Although the price tag will be higher you KNOW you will have everything you need.
