Give us a little info on what happened to your last one. You could rebuild your old one or if you absolutley want to buy a new one, you have options. You can do a short block or long block depending on what you want to do with the car.

Junk Yard Motor - $1000 to $1500
Built Short Block - $2300 and up.
Brand New Stock Replacment 4.6 Long Block from Ford - $3750
Built Long Block- $4500 and up.
Install can be anywhere from $1500 to $2500 if you're not doing it yourself.

If you're going to swap engines, put a Cobra in it. You can pick up the heads and intake for almost nothing and find a Mark VIII block and build that thing. I think you can have a built 4v in that car for less than 3k.

If your smart you will look into a PI swap, and just swap in an entire PI engine assembly. Search "PI Swap" on the forums.
