Depends on if your going for looks or performance. TB/plenum look good but you wont pick up much from what I hear, tuner with add a few HP, turn off your rear o2 sensors (if you have an o/r x pipe) and calibrate your speedometer for your 3.73's. Either way your HP gains wont be much.

if you can get a custom set up for the mods you have it can be helpful. Not sure on numbers, but definitely bigger gains than t/b and plenum. you will only get single digit #'s. A new intake+t/b+plenum, will get you 35+ to the rear wheels though for about 700.00

LOL Wishfull thinking. Try 7-10rwhp. The only tuner worth the $400 in my opinion is Sniper. I have a diablo (collecting dust) and I use sniper on both of my cars (able to tune 2 cars). The diablo isn't even on the same playing field as Sniper.

Sniper is very easy to use. Just load the software on your computer or laptop, pull the stock tune download to your computer select from drop down boxes, load the tune. Simple as that. Onec you create the tune you can modify it and datalog runs. Diablo just doesn't have as much control over your computer as sniper. If you learn enough about tuning you will never need to have a tuner tune your car you can do it yourself.

I'm interested in learning the software and how to tune properly, are there any good websites or how would I go about educating myself?

Just pick a topic of tuning like a/f ratio tuning and search it until you know it.
