As the title says, I'm wanting to make the next step in my cobra. I'm not going FI or on spray and I dont want serious cams thatwill cause me tochange everything out. Any suggestions on the brand, stage, orplace to buy would be appreciated.

I have vt stage 1 cams. And have been very happy with them. the install went smooth and the car runs great. But i have a 2v not a 4v. So hopefully some 4v guys will chime in.

Stage 2 will work on stock heads from what ive heard, but stage 3 requires different heads. My friend was smart and just got stage2 heads with his stage 2 cams, nothing to worry about there. [8D]

Your looking at over 1100 in just the cams. Lots of money for little gain on a otherwise stock motor.

If you go with stage 2 you will have to upgrade your valve springs.... For the money, it is not anywhere near worth it for stage 1's. Look into CMS cams. Same grind as VT.
